This should be called The Karate Preschooler, because thats what this kid looks like. Way to go Hollywood! Remake a great film and turn it into a film for the the same people who find Alvin and the Chipmunks and Hannah Montana entertaining. IDIOTS!
The Karate Kid
Tim Burtons' HOOK.
Alice in Wonderland
Crap. Chris Columbus? Crap.
Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief
Wow. I can't wait.
I just shit my pants.
Clash of the Titans
Extraordinary Measures will be without extraordinary acting. Han Solo and Encino Man combine for a turd-jerker.
@charan_jld. .Boo Hoo..you called me crap. I'll go cry in a corner now. That corner, by the way, holds the steaming corpse of Harrison Fords' career.
Notice how in this trailer there are NO scenes with Benicio actually acting? Thats because in the first trailer released, he was really bad. It was as if he drank about three bottles of NyQuil when delivering his lines. I love Benicio, but he may have turned in an awful performance here. The film looks really cool, no doubt. But Benicio, from the last trailer, looks like he has the volume turned ALL THE WAY DOWN.
This looks f*cking horrible. Harrison Ford just needs to stop acting. I loved him as Han Solo and Indy, and maybe Witness, but he is extremely horrible in almost everything he is in now. Firewall he was a computer genius. Now he is a brilliant scientist. He looks like he is about to have a stroke when speaking "smart". Its like when i explain how a Blu-Ray player works to my grandfather. He starts out with a confused look, then fades into a smile. The smile still represents he's confused, but no one else has to know. Dear Calista Flockhart, you are f*cking a mummy. Speaking of the mummy, Brendan Fraser continues to prove he has the acting ability of a goat. Between hiis performance and Fords', this will be one funny f*cking movie.
kshee23...Really? You are fucking genius. Maybe you should write a script based upon NOTHING THAT HAS EVER BEEN CREATED EVER! The fact is almost every intellectual property today is a derivative of something that has come before. Star Wars was inspired by the Akira Kurosawa film The Hidden Fortress. A lot of filmmakers usually base their films on something they have seen before, but put their own twist upon the story.
From the little shown here, the CGI of the Na'vi faces looks extremely photo-realistic. More than anything I have seen elsewhere in film. Robert Zemeckis keeps putting out stuff like Beowulf or Polar Express, and it looks weird/creepy. AVATAR looks like someone finally has done CGI characters right. This looks like an epic film. Welcome back Cameron!
Cameron realizes where a lot of the big-budget films of the last decade have gone wrong. At least I hope he does. I really hope he delivers. And has not had his head up his ass for the last 12 years.
Interview - James Cameron on Hype
This has to be the international trailer. I can't see them releasing a trailer that looks this HORRIBLE as the US version.. I guarantee you won't see this trailer in US cinemas. I hope the US version is a lot better, because this looks like shit.
I'm sure James Cameron,, who brought us visionary and ground-breaking films such as TERMINATOR, ALIENS, THE ABYSS, decided to make this film because he wanted to make a cartoony or video-game movie. YEAH RIGHT! ANYONE WHO THINKS THIS IS A MORON! His past films have been mined for profits elsewhere, by the studios. But he puts out his unique visions, and then hopes audiences will be attracted to it. The naysayers out there act as if this trailer is a black and white Tex Avery cartoon with no sound. Watch the damn film before dismissing it. And every moron knows that the FX in a trailer is not the final product released in theatres.
Benicio del Toro looks one-note in this preview. And I think he is a great actor. But he sounds asleep when delivering his lines in this footage.
People, this is the first film to ever use new, groundbreaking FX technology during filmmaking. It is also the first film to use a NEW kind of 3D technology. The last five years have seen more and more 3D films being made, but none have come close to what this will be. Before you start bad-mouthing the film because of the trailer, why not wait to see it first.
Looks good. But just like most Terry Gilliam films, it will be an EPIC FAIL at the box office..
The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus
This looks bad.
Red Band Trailer
Very promising. Spike Jones always delivers....
Where the Wild Things Are
I love Terry Gilliam. Looks like another mindbender from him.
The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus
When they finally show bearded Jeff Bridges, doesn't it look like he is in the end scene of 2001? The lighting, the Victorian-style table settings...I am really looking forward to this film
Comic Con Trailer
I saw the crappy handheld cam of this a year ago from Comic-Con. I have been dying to actually a high-quality version. This looks amazing!
Comic Con Trailer
This looks friggin' AWESOME! The original trailer was great, with its use of the SOLARIS sndtrk. But this is the trailer that sends this film through the roof! AWESOME!!!! I really hope it is good....
I don't know what agency did this trailer or the trailer for TERMINATOR SALVATION, but putting crappy music in your trailer IS NOT WORKING! TERMINATOR had Nine in Nails in their trailer, and it was just odd and jarring. It didn't add any "dark or edgy" feel to it at all. It was just stupid. The same goes for this trailer. It ruins the trailer, which visually looks cool.
