People teaser trailers usually are released long before the VFX work is even close to being done. As for the location move it happened for 2 reasons a. The most important it would have being to hard for securty to shoot it at the same location. They moved the shoot for that reason. b. Shooting in Canada is cheaper with a lower dollar and tax insentives.
