i think people who are complaining that this is an action film haven't read the holmes stories in too long. almost every case has action in it. holmes is an expert boxer so the boxing makes total sense, and he's always getting into tussles with dudes who are bigger and stronger than him. robert downey is a brilliant choice for a modern holmes. lighten up!
