My issues with the film/trailer so far are that: 1) Alan Moore had all references of his association with the project removed. 2) It's another attempt to remove the spirit of the graphic novel and substitute Hollywood's image of a superhero in black leather body armor. Nite Owl is not a 20 something athelete, he's an overweight 40ish man. Veidt is not 20, he's in his forties. The only charecters that look like they should are Rorshach and the Comedian (who looks awesome. I don't include Dr. M as he's all CGI anyway.
