To Wiz: ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? ITS A DISNEY/PIXAR MOVIE!!! Are you trying to tell me that living toys that can move faster than cars, bug metropolis', doors that portal to the human world, superheroes, rat chefs, living cars, and a 700 year old functioning robot with a personality are more realistic than balloons carrying a house? Defying logic is one of the things that makes Pixar's movies so wonderful. If you think too hard about it, you lose the joy of the experience. Just because the physics can't possibly apply doesn't mean the movie will be a bomb. If you looked at it that way, then technically ALL disney movies would have bombed. This movie looks great. Pixar has a great track record and I expect this movie to be no different.
