To Mindbringer: This could probably be explained. I was never a trekker, but the movie has my attention. I never knew Kir's middle name before seeing this trailer. We don't know that it wasn't just an outtake that was accidentally edited into the trailer. Also, tot KieranMullan: The shiny look may be because of the fact that, in the movie, the Enterprise IS new. Also, it's ironic that you mention SW, as George Lucas was the one who was trying to make everything look used, anyway. You're just thinking CG. And none of the sets for corruscant could look all that used on film, judging by the solidity of the colors.

To Megan-Harry Potter Fan: The Burrow doesn't even get burned in DH at all. This is part of an entirely new scene that Jo, herself approved. Besides, If you really were a Harry Potter Fan, You'd \'ve moved on to the new trailer that's available on MUGGLENET, where no one who can call themselves a devoted fan would not know stuff such as this. aka, they tell u every bit of movie info. that's out there(No dursleys again, no funeral, quidditch, but no battle(saving it for DH).

To Wiz and CC: both of u have good points, but honestly, im going with cc. Pixar movies usually have multi-generational appeal. I loved Nemo, and enjoy Wall-E(though I probably think too much about it's messages). As for marketing appeal, We haven't seen enough of the movie to really say that it can't produce a toy line. Off the top of my head: a playset and a board game(not to mention a video game). The real question of marketing is "what scenes in the movie make good toys?" in other words, Where do they go? what happens? Do they land? The movie can't possibly spend the whole runtime in a single house, can it? Do they meet natives in a tribe, or fly to the North Pole? Until another trailer is released, the whole marketing situation seems up in the air, and the possibilities could be endless.

Myazaki's movies are good, but many of them take place in entirely other worlds with slightly unreal concepts(a man turned into a pig, a talking cat) PJohn Lasseter helmed the English translations, not the whole studio. Did myazaki make anything like cars, ratatouille, toy story, or Wall-E. I don't think so. Pixar can be trusted to come up with unique ideas, sometimes taking inspiration from others(chuck jones, etc.) I was watching Meet the Robinsons today, and there were these idiiots who kept pointing out how rediculous everything was, despite how obvious. IT'S A MOVIE!!!!! Either you accept it, or you don't!
