Tch. In the mainstream DC Universe the only hero that is a dark and gritty as Batman is Batman so people shoudn't expect that. All the rubber and CGI looks kinda cheesy but I'm sure they'll tighten that up before release. The first previews for the first Transformers looked cheesy to but the final product ended up amazing so there is hope there. For those saying it looks too light-hearted, well, all I gotta say is that if you have a problem with GL you are gonna hate The Flash! I think it will be good overall. If you want to get a really good feel for how it's supposed to be check out the exquisite Green Lantern: First Flight animated movie.
