This movie would be a total embarrassment to watch alongside friends if it contained the exact elements of dragonball/z. i.e. puar, oolong, blue hair, corky early nineties cartoon humor (i would sink down in my seat). Things that I am concerned about is bad special effects, bad acting and/or fighting choreography. I have been after movies to find the perfect formula of c.g.i., creative camera angles, and real-time footage to create fighting scenes that leave shivers down one's spine. 300 may have the record in my opinion (still coulda been better). If the directors could find that formula, they would have something that would shine thru faulties such as:character inaccuracies, unreletivity of the series and the actual name Dragonball- which kinda sounds gay for a movie if you really think about it. I liked the show alot when I was young and I appreciate the story in it's entirety. But the name "Dragonball" somehow does make the movie look unappealing.
