I agree with Agent83. Everything in the trailor leads me to believe it is a remake of Dark City. The special effects really do not appear to be any different and the characters powers seem to be the same. Perphaps the only difference is Dark City has a more Gothic setting (hence the title Dark City) . I'm not complaining because I liked Dark City.
