And as far as how she is holding the MP5-K, she does have her left arm fully extended and on the front grip. Your perspective and the actual position are different, it is in fact not next to her head (like a phone) but in front of her, and considering the stock is folded, this is exactly how this gun would be fired, likely as the set weapons master showed her before this take.
