Looks like this is going to be an excellent thriller. Roman Polanski is one of the best directors of his generation. It's nice to see new work from him. And Ewen McGregor is one of my favorite actors to watch. The rest of the cast looks great. Can't wait to see it.

I saw the original in the theater in 1981 when it came out, and I thought it was cheesy but a lot of fun. It's hard to top Laurence Olivier as Zeus! But, if what's shown in these trailers, and wiith Liam Neeson taking on the Zeus role, this is going to be fantastic. I can't wait to see all of the special effects - there is so much more that can be done these days than in the early 1980's. More than anything, the story itself drove this movie (as it should) have. The story of Perseus is timeless.
