Twisted Trailer (2004)

Detective, Jessica Shepard (Ashley Judd), is trying to catch a serial killer whose victims appear to be men with who she has had sex with. While helping Jessica, her partner, Mike Delmarco (Andy Garcia) and the police commissioner (Samuel L. Jackson), who is like a surrogate father to her, come to the startling conclusion that she is their prime suspect.
