Deadpool is played by a guy who normally does romantic comedies. How does that work? They also make Sabretooth a different actor than X1. he also doesnt have a mane. this still looks like a freekin awesome movie. Why did they include Cyclops? Wolverine isnt suposed to meet him until X1. thats rlly weird... also they never mention Emma Frost after this. rlly good cast of mutants.

(WOLVERINE that thing kinda sucks but what the hell)

Have seen movei and it sucks so bad it hurts. the scenes jump form one to another and you can't keep track of what is going on let alone anyone's motives for doing anything. Plus really simple stuff is hadnaled badly like the actual powers that people have. Couldn't understand it. Action scenes were ridiculous, reminded me of Transporter. Special effects were awesome but that is all the movie had. Bad cliche ending. D-

i really don't know if i want to see this movie after him being a host at the academy awards . i can't get past that singing and dancing gig.......i mean seriously! wtf?!?!

I think wolvorine is the best marvel comics caracter.

I cannot wait for this movie to be released!! I grew up reading wolverine, X-men, marvel comics etc..Been a fan for over ten years. This movie, for me, builds on an intense timeline with a lot to cover. I hope there is enough time spent on his different experiences to give the movie depth and integrity to the hardcore fans. In my opinion the series still needs the Eric/Charles origin to really feed the marvel universe, which I hope doesn't get canned as rumored. I can only hope to see more blockbusters with more characters that I've been drawn to such as Omega Red, Apocalypse, Cable, Bishop, and more of Colossus, Beast, and Nightcrawler. A great story for me would be for them to tie Apocalypse and Mystique to rogue and archangle...Anyways cannot wait, I'm an X-men feign and this just feeds the nerd in me even more.

Where's Omega Red? That's who they forgot. Doesn't look anything like the comic book origin, many main characters are missing. That Gambit sucks too. But I will go see it anyways, I'm too big of a x-men fan.

On the topic of the music used in the Wolverine trailer, the first 55 sec or so is from the Sunshine movie score. The remainder of the music from 0:55 until the end is a custom piece of music composed by myself and my partner Michael Nielsen for 20th Century Fox for use in the trailer.

ok. since i have been reading x-men since I was 5 and have every first issue of every spin off I will clarify. Wolverine was born with claws (bones)
the civil war scene was made up in that weapon x program and so was hes wife scene.. - hopefully this helps understanding the trailer.

OMG cannot waittt! and btw wolvereins powers were healing and hieghten senses he also had bone claws before they laced his bones wit adamantium so if they broke they just grew back but wit the adamantium he is pretty much indestrucible (as long as his brain survives he will heal) and yeah gambit kicks ass too lol

X-Men 3 left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully this will wash it away.

The music you're hearing in this trailer (and all trailers, with very few exceptions) is noit from the film's soundtrack, but licensed music sold by companies in bulk for use in all manner of media projects, which is why you'll hear the same music in trailer after trailer. There's a distinct possibility that this music was also used in the trailer for Sunshine.

He does have claws. Watch the trailer again and you can see they show Wolverine as a child and he pops his little bony claws over his fathers dead body. At least I assume that is his father. Anyway, looks like it's going to be cool.

Dude, this trailer does not imply the Weapon X program gave him his healing power, he clearly had that for a while as evidenced by the scenes of Wolverine in the Civil War and in WWII without having aged. You can't do that without a healing factor.
Weapon X gave him his Adamantium Skeleton which makes him indestructable.

It concerns me that the trailer looks like they make Wolverine be able to heal himself in lab, but according to the comics, that was the one power he had. That's why they recruited him for Weapon-X and gave him titanium-alloy skeleton and claws.....

If only shooting Weapon-X would be an excellent movie ...

I was excited about this movie until I heard the musician "Will I Am" will be in it. Please tell me why musicians become actors? He has no experience what so ever in "ACTING". Stick to your music. I'm also a little concerned about director Gavin Hood! Very little experience behind the camera and his first action flick. However, I can't wait to see all the new characters in action. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope this will be worth watching more then once.
