Uri Boyka (Scott Adkins), the boxing champion of the imprisonment of Chorny Cholmi in Russia has a plan to transform his knee so he can enter the main fight of death. Mafia chief Gaga (Mark Ivanir), funds the operations to rebuild his knee. The technique gives a secret weapon to Boyka - one knee steel loaded ready for the fatal KO's.
