By a crackled house corner in Rundugai, a small village in Northern Tanzania, where the horizon is dominated by the reflection of the glaring sunlight in the snow-covered peaks of Kilimanjaro, you discover a gathering of men all facing their common passion: A board game.

For some this is a film about draughts. For others it is a film about male jargon, gambling, enjoyment, gender roles, humor, hierarchy and ties of friendship.
