The RobberIt’s difficult to sum up Benjamin Heisenberg’s riveting The Robber in just two words. If you were to put a gun to my head (please don’t) I’d have to say quiet mayhem. The German drama, based on the real-life story of Austrian bank-robber/marathoner Johann Kastenberger, is manic one minute, eerily quiet the next. Thankfully, each minute of those minutes is equally enticing.
