the jazz baronesssaw the film last night & it is SUPERB!! there are some priceless bits of footage for monk disciples, or any jazz enthusiast, but there's more than enough here to intrigue anyone interested in the cultural milieu of that era, or even for those who are simply fascinated by the wealth & mystique of the rothschilds. for the film-maker, it was truly a voyage of discovery in an unknown world, & thus a wonderful piece of story-telling which is also masterfully edited. highly recommended!
