I think that this will be a great movie anything based on Eastern Europe is bound to be a nightmare come true...Can't wait to see the entire movie!

alright, i first watched this yesterday but couldnt get myself to watched it all this idea of the centipede is so horrible and unthinkable that i coulnt get this damned image of them linked together of my damn brain, anywho i finnished watching it now and i think im braindamaged this movie is a real horror movie about your worst nightmare that you couldnt even comprehend the idea until now,, im like on two ways it was good, i mean the acting and the real human terror, watch it at own risk.... im probably getting nightmares tonight ...

I really enjoyed HCP. It was funny at times,scary, nasty and its really done with out all the gore of slashers films like the Saw movies.
But I did have to look away a few times.
Oh and I found the movie sad.

This film just looks horrible. This looks like it may have been made by first-timer trust fund brats who thought it would be cool to buy a bunch of camera equipment and make a movie.

I saw this at Screamfest. It is one for the books guys, get ready to leave your jaw on the ground. The doctor is one of the best villians in movie history. Great actor he was creepy and demended as hell. Wait till you see these 3 try and make their way up the spiral staircase !!!

Not quite sure what to say, except it looks freaky as hell. Nightmarish in principle. and totally unique. I will watch it.

Why would it be an April Fool's joke on April 2nd? It's a real movie, but it was already released in 09 and Idk why this trailer has been posted now, except that the sequel is listed on Imdb for a release this year. It is a sick movie though.

Even though it seems a little ludacris, still seems like a decent Horror Film.
