When a group of high school students set out to restore an abandoned opera house, Kate starts to have visions of her dead mother, who was murdered in the theatre many years ago by a deranged clown. But when the clock strikes twelve and the students start disappearing one by one, Kate discovers that the Clown is still in the opera house!
