Lilo & Stitch

Lilo (Daveigh Chase) is a young Hawaiian girl who adopts a "dog" named Stitch (Chris Sanders), who is actually an alien genetic experiment gone horribly awry. Stitch has crash-landed on Earth, where he immediately begins wreaking havoc. Through her generosity, Lilo teaches Stitch the one thing he wasn't designed to do - to care about others.
