OMG

I've seen this stage show in London & elsewhere too many times to count. I had a great deal of anxiety about them making it into a film. The past has not been good to stage shows. For example, to a live theatre aficionado, what they did to POTO in 2004 was a tragedy. I am so glad I was wrong here. This looks & sounds amazing. It will change stage to film musicals forever. I cannot wait!

As this is a MUSICAL...does everyone realize that Hugh and Russell will be singing too? (as Valjean and Javert) Cant wait! It looks like this was done perfectly.

To everyone...

Now I respect all opinions on here, but this musical deserves some support. I do like musicals but there have been very few that actually end up being well made. No talking the pop trash that was high school musical, but stuff like...hairspray or bye bye birdie. Now this may end up beating out Rock of Ages, which is looking pretty good already...support this seriously awesome looking musical.

But all the years this has been a musical, I never saw it. And after seein the trailer, I aint gonna see the movie either. I know, it's just me. ☺ I'm not a bad man LOL. Never stole a freight train =)

wow, this looks amazing! and anne, i mean wow, girl can sing!
imo, she'd be a stellar choice to play eliza dolittle in the my fair lady remake (if it ever gets going). got the look and the voice.
