The trailer for Good. A literary professor and decent family man, John Halder (Mortensen) explores his personal circumstances in a novel advocating compassionate euthanasia. When the book is unexpectedly enlisted by powerful political figures in support of government propaganda, Halder finds his career rising in an optimistic current of nationalism and prosperity. Seemingly inconsequential decisions lead to choices, which lead to more choices...with eventually devastating effect.

I can't waitI remember seeing this play in college in the late '80s and being blown away by it. While it looks great, I was worried that the director had taken out a certain somewhat whimsical, quirky aspect of the main character which leads to the play's spectacular, heartbreaking finish, but it appears the trailer may simply be downplaying it. I hope that's the case, as the play is not only deeply sad and moving, but is often also very funny.
