When the Police Captain Stacy (Dick Van Patten) moves in next door with his beautiful daughter Gwen (Lindsey Brooke), Big Brother Trouble begins.

Now with the help of his friends he tries everything to win her back. Nothing works until the day of the City Championship Game when Sean and Gwen are kidnappe
