When Ed, a member of the US Special Forces, witnesses the massacre of his elite unit of men, he sets out on a bloody mission of revenge. In doing so he pursues a drugs ring led by ruthless assassin Charles Toll. The Chase is on to bring him down before a deadly new drug hits the international market.

In a brutal game of cat and mouse, Ed hunts Toll across North America and into the UK. With time running out he resorts to ever more desparate measures to ensure justice is done as the chase pounds towards its heart-stopping climax.
