Today Kevin Williamson once again revealed a bit more about what we can expect from the next Scream trilogy. The most surprising thing that came out of his talk with The New York Post was the posibility that Sidney may not live past the credits at the end of Scream 4.
"The thing about 'Scream 4' is that there are a lot of twists and turns, so I can't promise anything," he told PopWrap about Sidney's role in the fourth film now that Neve will return. "There are a lot of moving pieces, so we'll see -- but if you're a 'Scream' fan, I think you're really going to like it."
He went on to explain what types of films that they will parody in the film, "I've [included] manga comics, Asian ghost girl movies, there's some PG-13 horror movies in there, vampire movies, M. Night Shyamalan movies and torture porn movies, even though they've come and gone."
But don't worry he promises to keep it scary, "You have to be careful because 'Scary Movie' spoofed these films, so one of the things I'm excited about with 'Scream 4' is that, while we do lampoon and send up the genre, [we] make it incredibly scary. That's first and foremost."

This isn't movie-related per se but it's obviously inspired by some scary films and it's almost Halloween time and I thought I'd share. Photographer Joshua Hoffine has posted a series of shots to his official site that are just plain freaky. He lists his inspiration as horror films like BLACK CHRISTMAS, HALLOWEEN and WHEN A STRANGER CALLS. After you take a look through the pics below, you can see the full gallery here...
