Actor/ musician Andre 3000 arrested

Half of the hip-hop outfit Outkast - the half being Andre Benjamin (Andre 3000), was arrested on Monday (March 30, 2009) for allegedly speeding in his Porsche Carrera. The motor was clocked at 109 mph on I-75. 44 miles over the speed limit. AllHipHop reports:
