Bed & Breakfast Trailer (2011)

Jake Sullivan, is the almost-ex-husband of movie star Amanda Cox. He owns a little bed and breakfast in the California wine country. Ana Villueva, is a Brazilian woman in love with a beach playboy and whose brother is in trouble with the mob. Ana discovers she has inherited property in wine country of California but comes to find that Jake’s B&B is located on her land. Ana is convinced that she owns the same piece of property that Jack does. Ana heads to California intent on evicting Jake, where she hopes to sell the property and help her brother.

When Ana arrives in California she can’t imagine the trouble that awaits her, from the sexed crazed Japanese tourists, to her own flamboyant lawyer, and Jakes lazy brother Pete, who happens to be the local Sherriff. Soon she realizes that getting rid of Jack will be more than she bargained for. As the two begin to quarrel over the disputed property they find they have a bigger problem – falling in love.
