Filmmaker Maurice Dekkers gives foodies, critics and the uninitiated masses a coveted peek inside the kitchen and creativity of celebrity chef René Redzepi. In January 2015, the food world holds its breath when Redzepi temporarily closes Noma and transports his entire team to Tokyo for a five-week pop-up restaurant. Known for translating the essence of Denmark's unique flavours into one-of-a-kind dishes, now neither Redzepi nor his staff speak the language, let alone know anything of the local food resources.
